June 1st was marked in every Chapel Street trader's calendar. It was the day businesses slowly but surely began to go back to normal.
Chapel Street Precinct Association (CSPA) commemorated the day by working with one of it's most iconic eateries, Caffe E Cucina, opening its doors at the turn of midnight. As the sun came up, beauty salons across Australia’s largest retail precinct were bustling with bookings. CSPA arranged media interviews showcasing the Precinct’s healthy bounce back from restrictions.
