A study on the spending habits of millennials released by fintech Groupee, has revealed half of Australia's younger generation feel domestic travel is too expensive. It has sparked calls to regional tourism operators to market domestic holidays more appealing to millennials.
CEO of Groupee, Jarred Baker, thinks domestic travel must be made enticing to millennials who cannot travel overseas due to the pandemic.
