Restaurateurs responsible for some of Australia’s top eateries have joined an industry led initiative called ‘COVID SAFE Collective’, which has been launched to ensure patron’s health and safety against COVID-19. The initiative conceptualised by Australia’s leading on-demand deep cleaning company, WHIZZ, requires venues to implement best in class deep cleaning protocols, which includes antimicrobial fogging that kills COVID-19 on contact for up-to 30 days.

Iconic venue Icebergs Dining Room in Sydney’s Bondi Beach was the first venue to undergo antimicrobial fogging under the COVID SAFE Collective banner. Other high profile venues include, Cicca Bella, The Dolphin Hotel, Harpoon Harrys, BBPB, Matao, Bedouin, Icebergs Trust, The Lobo, Big Poppers, Kittyhawk, Fratelli Paradiso, with many more being added on a daily basis.
